DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our address is 200 Nocatee Village Drive, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32081.
From the north, head south on I-295 S to FL-9B S. Take exit 2 and turn left onto US-1 S. In 1.2 miles, you will pass Unique Plants and Palms on your left, then in 0.4 miles, you’ll pass Birch Island Veterinary Center on your left. Follow the road for 1.7 miles, then take the exit for Nocatee Parkway. After 0.9 miles on the exit, continue onto Nocatee Parkway. In 2.5 miles, take the exit for Nocatee Town Ctr. Follow the exit for 0.4 miles, then at the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Town Plaza Avenue. Follow Town Plaza Avenue for 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Nocatee Village Drive and we’ll be on your left.
From the south, head north on I-95 N to exit 329. At the exit, turn right onto County Road 210 E, and in 500 feet, you’ll pass Waffle House on your right. Continue on County Road 210 E for 3.1 miles until it becomes Valley Ridge Boulevard. Take Valley Ridge Boulevard for 1 mile, then turn right onto Cross Town Drive. After 0.4 miles, turn right onto Preservation Trail. After 0.2 miles, pass Compass Self Storage on your left, then in 0.8 miles turn left onto Town Plaza Avenue. Follow Town Plaza Avenue for 0.2 miles, then turn right onto Nocatee Village. Then, in about 200 feet we’ll be on your right.
Dr. Kapadia originally hails from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University. He then went on to graduate with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1998, where he specialized in contact lenses. After he graduated, Dr. Kapadia completed a one-year residency at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida, where he focused on ocular diseases.
Dr. Kapadia graduated with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1999, where she received the Wesley-Jessen award for Outstanding Work in Contact Lenses. During her studies, she also served as President of Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH), which works to improve the sight of millions of people in developing countries.
After growing up in Minersville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Price graduated from Susquehanna University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Dr. Price continued her education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and completed her training in 2016. After graduation, Dr. Price spent her career studying advanced eye diseases and specialized Low Vision services and devices.
Dr. Morgan Kickliter grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Dr. Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Georgia before achieving his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry. There, he served as Vice President of the Georgia Optometric Student Association and provided free and cost-reduced optometric care to underserved patients in Mexico and Belize with the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. He served his residency at Gainesville Eye Associates, focusing on ocular diseases.
