DRIVING DIRECTIONS
We are located at 150 Village Commons Drive Suite A-102, St. Augustine, FL 32092.
Coming from the southwest, head east on US-17 S/Reid St. After you pass Angel’s Dining Car on your right, continue for 500 ft., then cross Memorial Bridge. In 1.6 miles, pass Corky Bell’s Seafood at Gator Landing on your right. In another half mile, turn left onto FL-207 N. Head northeast for 19.4 miles and then turn left to merge onto I-95 N. In 6.4 miles, take exit 318 for FL-16 toward St Augustine/Green Cove Springs. After 0.2 miles, keep left and merge onto FL-16 W. In 5.7 more miles, turn right onto Commerce Plz Blvd.
Coming from the west, take FL-16 E east for 8 miles, then turn right onto S Orange Ave; you will see Spring Park Coffee on the left as you do. In 0.6 miles, make a left onto FL-16 E. Pass the Military Museum of North Florida on your right after 1.4 miles. In 3.8 miles more, make a slight right onto FL-13 S/FL-16 E, and continue for 4.1 miles. Then, turn left onto FL-16 E, and in 1.6 more miles, turn right to stay on FL-16 E. In 1.5 miles, turn left onto 9 Mile Rd/International Golf Pkwy; then in 0.2 miles, make a right onto Commerce Plz Blvd.
Dr. Kapadia originally hails from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University. He then went on to graduate with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1998, where he specialized in contact lenses. After he graduated, Dr. Kapadia completed a one-year residency at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida, where he focused on ocular diseases.
Dr. Kapadia graduated with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1999, where she received the Wesley-Jessen award for Outstanding Work in Contact Lenses. During her studies, she also served as President of Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH), which works to improve the sight of millions of people in developing countries.
After growing up in Minersville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Price graduated from Susquehanna University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Dr. Price continued her education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and completed her training in 2016. After graduation, Dr. Price spent her career studying advanced eye diseases and specialized Low Vision services and devices.
Dr. Morgan Kickliter grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Dr. Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Georgia before achieving his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry. There, he served as Vice President of the Georgia Optometric Student Association and provided free and cost-reduced optometric care to underserved patients in Mexico and Belize with the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. He served his residency at Gainesville Eye Associates, focusing on ocular diseases.
