DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Coming from northwest, head south on Florida A1A N/ State Rd 200. Pass The Pig Bar-B-Q on your left, then in 0.4 miles, turn left onto US-1 S/US-23 S/S Kings Rd. In 11.3 miles, right after you pass Tractor Supply Co on your left, use the right lane to merge onto I-295 S. In 6.7 miles, take exit 21A to merge onto I-10 E toward Jacksonville, which you’ll follow for about 5.5 miles. Then, take the I-95 S exit toward Jax Beaches/Daytona Bch. Follow I-95 for 2 miles then take exit 350A toward US-1/US-90/Atlantic Blvd/Philips Hwy. In half a mile, merge onto FL-10 E. In 0.3 miles, take the US-1/ Phillips Hwy exit. In 0.3 more miles, make a sharp right onto US-1 S/Kings Ave. After 0.2 miles, make a left onto Atlantic Blvd. In half a mile, turn left onto Thacker Ave, where you’ll find us on your right!
Traveling from the southwest, head north on US-17 N/Park Ave. Pass The Urban Bean Coffeehouse Cafe on your right, then in 2 miles, Park Ave becomes Roosevelt Blvd. Pass Target on your right in 3 miles. In 7 miles, merge onto I-10 E, which you will stay on for 0.7 miles until you take the I-95 S exit toward Jax Beaches/Daytona Bch. Stay on I-95 for 2 miles and use exit 350A toward US-1/US-90/Atlantic Blvd/Philips Hwy. After 0.5 miles, get on FL-10 E. after 0.3 miles use the US-1/ Phillips Hwy exit. In 0.3 miles more, turn right onto US-1 S/Kings Ave. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto Atlantic Blvd. In half a mile, make a left onto Thacker Ave, where we’ll be on your right!
Dr. Kapadia originally hails from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University. He then went on to graduate with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1998, where he specialized in contact lenses. After he graduated, Dr. Kapadia completed a one-year residency at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida, where he focused on ocular diseases.
Dr. Kapadia graduated with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1999, where she received the Wesley-Jessen award for Outstanding Work in Contact Lenses. During her studies, she also served as President of Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH), which works to improve the sight of millions of people in developing countries.
After growing up in Minersville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Price graduated from Susquehanna University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Dr. Price continued her education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and completed her training in 2016. After graduation, Dr. Price spent her career studying advanced eye diseases and specialized Low Vision services and devices.
Dr. Morgan Kickliter grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Dr. Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Georgia before achieving his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry. There, he served as Vice President of the Georgia Optometric Student Association and provided free and cost-reduced optometric care to underserved patients in Mexico and Belize with the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. He served his residency at Gainesville Eye Associates, focusing on ocular diseases.
